You have heard it so many times. A smile is the best make up and laughter makes you live longer. But what if it was actually true? It is! From a scientific perspective smiling and laughing does wonders for both your health, you longevity and your looks! Make sure you smile every day. It will make you look younger naturally.
I recently learned from Anki Lindström Contingo that 70% of the muscels in you body are used when you laugh. Every single one above you knees. Unfortunately her new book is in Swedish, otherwise I would give you a link here. Still, Anki has some great advice on the importance of smiling. Give yourself a heartfelt laughter several times a day! It boosts everything from imune system to serotonin levels. It is like a natural drug. Good thing you can’t get to much of it! 😉
Don’t be too serious about yourself!
Smiling is a great way to look younger as the muscles you use are the same that lifts it up. A smile makes you look rejuvenated in an instant. Forget about the face lift, just smile every day to look younger naturally and feel wonderful!
