Look younger naturally with a smile and a laughter!

You have heard it so many times. A smile is the best make up and laughter makes you live longer. But what if it was actually true? It is! From a scientific perspective smiling and laughing does wonders for both your health, you longevity and your looks! Make sure you smile every day. It will make you look younger naturally.

I recently learned from Anki Lindström Contingo that 70% of the muscels in you body are used when you laugh. Every single one above you knees. Unfortunately her new book is in Swedish, otherwise I would give you a link here. Still, Anki has some great advice on the importance of smiling. Give yourself a heartfelt laughter several times a day! It boosts everything from imune system to serotonin levels. It is like a natural drug. Good thing you can’t get to much of it! 😉

Don’t be too serious about yourself!

Look younger naturally

When lovingly you can laugh at yourself, you will look younger naturally.

Smiling is a great way to look younger as the muscles you use are the same that lifts it up. A smile makes you look rejuvenated in an instant. Forget about the face lift, just smile every day to look younger naturally and feel wonderful!

One of my best ways to start laughing is to roam through som clips with Ellen. Here is a wonderful one. Ellen Reads ’50 Shades of Grey’. She totally cracks me up every time! Just can’t help myself.

I live this Stella. A face lights up with a smile- not just the mouth. I call smiling the “international language”

Always makes me feel better to smile

Thanks

🙂 That’s it Indigo! Children laugh way more than grown ups, so that’s the way to go! Great to have you come visit!

I completely agree that smiling and laughing makes you look so much younger. I smile and laugh all the time. It is kind of funny, because I was at a restaurant the other day and the lady asked me if I was old enough to drink coffee. I am 36.
My brother on the other hand is 41 and his face showed it. He is always serious and looks miserable. When people lighten up, they definitely look younger.
