How do you keep your aging skin radiant?

Aging skin? What is that, really? Skin starts aging from day one is one way of looking at it, but for most people it probably means wrinkles showing and lustre disappearing.

Common signs of aging skin are

  • Increased dryness
  • Thinner skin
  • More wrinkles
  • A tendency to bruise more easily
  • Age spots
  • Dullness
  • Lack of elasticity
  • Sagging all over body

Unfortunately all of this also means your skin is loosing its health! It is loosing its capacity to heal, cleanse and ward of “enemies”. What can you do to slow down this dreaded process?

Aging skin requires investments!

First of all it is mandatory to come from inside. This is how you create long term results. Nutrition, exercise, sleep… You’ve heard it all before. We are all nagging about the same things because it is true! But since everyone is saying the same thing it also becomes boring and you stop listening. This is why I do what I can to explain what is happening in your body and how your skin is affected by how you live, or should I call it invest?

It IS your choices that keep your aging skin radiant!

Wich means you have certain obligations towards yourself, such as:

  • Eating properly
  • Exercising
  • Make sure you sleep well
  • Laugh a lot
  • Taking supplements 
  • Using the best skin care that WORKS for YOU, that your wallet will allow. 

This it  not the time to be cheap! Note that price tag also goes for food! Quality has a price and so does junk. Somewhere you always have to pay. You see, there is a price you have to pay for staying at the top of your game. But there is also a price you will eventually pay for neglecting yourself! 
The interest you earn will sometimes take a long time before it shows on you account. Your face and body in this case. The sooner you start investing, the bigger your savings will be when you get there!
