Do you know how to detox your body?

Detox with R2

Stay tuned. Get your detox back on track 24/7!

In April a new supplement will be released on the European market. It helps the cells detoxify themselves in every organ of your body. Including your skin! For many of us eating it already, it is nothing short of a miracle.

70% of every cells energy is devoted to detoxification. Otherwise we wouldn’t survive. When we get older that capacity diminishes. The consequences are called “aging“!

What is detox?

Detox means cleansing the inside of your body in one way or either. Usually it involves following a dietary program for a certain period. Commonly it lasts for two to four weeks. A detox diet is to give your body a short “vacation”. During that time it will have a chance to recover. You’ll switch to a diet that is cleansing and full of antioxidants. Naturally you also exclude as many toxins as possible. This way you can cleanse your body from both toxins and waste products.

Best thing is of course to stay on a healty diet after you’ve gone through the program. But then some people say the weirdest things. “Then, you can go back to your regular diet.” I mean really, go back to your crappy diet that’s killing you??? Well, if you do, you really NEED R2 when it arrives! 😀

This is is a supplement 100% based on plants. It helps the cells behave as when they where younger. I wrote about 15 ways your life can get better in a previous post. Read it and believe it! 😉

All trough Mars I’ll give you examples of what this new and revolutionary discovery can do. Stay tuned to get testimonials regularly!

Spring is a great time to consider a Detox program! And yes Stella it is amazing when people want to go back to their bad eating habits even though they experience feeling good for a while when not eating junky foods. Now is the time for a change to a better way of health, eating and maybe for some a Spring Detox can be the catalyst for change. Thanks for sharing. Wendy

I appreciate this post and Cher’s comment above. I am amazed at how good I feel and how much I can get done when I’m eating a really good diet. When I’m in too much of a hurry to eat well, I do feel it. Thanks Stella!

Detoxing and then’Going back’ as you say is actually worse for us than staying toxic! If we eat healthy fruits and veggies on a daily basis the body will cleanse, detox and thrive naturally the way it was designed to behave 🙂

The body is so smart Cher! Give it the right circumstances and it will get to work by itself, for its own good! 🙂

This was a timely message. I just announced to the partner that we were going to juice on fruits and veggies for the next 2 weeks to detoxify.

Depending on how I feel after the 2 weeks is up, I might stay on it longer.

After watching Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead my eyes were opened up and now I intend to act on the information!

Congratulations Bonnie! I do hope you get to change your life style and not only do some detoxing. Health is created by what you do every day. Just like a business it is build on consistency. 🙂

I’ve gotten a clear view of what happens with the crappy diet, as I am sick again with this sinus-cold-cough business, probably brought back on by gluten and dairy and sugar, my drugs-of-choice. Detox one way or another.

That confirms my point. “Going back” is not part of the solution! Hope you get well soon Charlotte! 🙂
